How do I seek compensation if I was hit by a wrong-way driver in Dallas?

After a wrong-way accident, you can file a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver's estate and their insurance policy to cover medical bills and trauma.

When the at-fault driver passes away in the accident, the legal process doesn't stop, but it does change. Your claim is typically filed against their insurance provider and their legal estate.

In high-speed, head-on collisions like those on the Dallas North Tollway, medical costs for survivors often exceed basic insurance limits.

An attorney can help identify umbrella policies or other sources of recovery to ensure your long-term rehabilitation and lost wages are fully covered.
